About OSSWAThe Ohio School Social Work Association (OSSWA) was formed December 5, 1997. We are one of 11 states represented by the Midwest School Social Work Council. We also collaborate with NASW and are an affiliate state with the School Social Work Association of America (SSWAA). School Social Workers are the vital link between the home, school, and community. Our services to students, families and school personnel promote and support students’ academic, social, emotional and behavioral success.
